Albums would go on sale for $4.99, but usually you'd see them sell for $6.99 to $9.99, more for those wild double albums (Frampton Comes Alive for example lol) or the special ones with different coloured vinyl or pictures on the vinyl. This is early stuff like Beatles, Rolling Stones etc. This would have been when I first started to buy my own albums and that was about '69.
